Nivilca Blocked

All of the methods used to access Nivilca are blocked. The .sytes.net address is still blocked. The DynDNS address doesn't work. The IP address is blocked (by Bess) for Profanity. I recommend using https://24.165.105.228 to access it, although I haven't tried this.
