Halo Mods 2

I did some more Halo mods. I made the Captain's nametag say "Picard" and made his eyes green. I made the flashlight more red and made the red emergency lights blue. I changed the color of the pistol muzzle flash (slightly). And finally, I made the Captain's pipe silver and black.
