Morality

Okay, Barrett will probably kill me for this post, but I'm going to discuss morality. Namely, who decides what is right or wrong? What makes stealing wrong? What makes cussing wrong? What makes murder wrong? Do we, as humans, have the need to place actions in categories of "right" and "wrong?" How do we choose which category to put a specific action in? If anybody can answer this, let me know!
